Ascent Mapping Services, LLC is derived from a well-rounded background in photogrammetry and cartographic production.  In the employment of recognized industry contenders throughout the blossoming age of digital mapping, Ascent's founder, Bruce Metzger, has contributed to the development and mastered the operations of an extensive variety of procedures and techniques.  The transition from corporate employment to small business operation has proven seamless due to the previous six years operating as a single-person, home-based, telecommuting mapping production facility with BAE SYSTEMS.

Taking a career's worth of exposure and committment to enterprise corporate concepts such as ISO Certification and Total Quality Management and focusing down to the documented operations of an efficient small business has been an inherently natural process.  Ascent subscribes to a goal-oriented business plan dedicated to providing complete satisfaction through open and honest communication, dedicated performance, and unquestionable accuracy of data.  There is the intent to produce a record of quality speaking for itself and becoming synonymous with Ascent.
